      While trying to file a dispute, phone *** was unable to speak clearly. The call was muffled.the *** asking questions to start a dispute was not related to the purchase. The *** was not following the conversation.When asked to speak to a supervisor, the *** kept comming back (I could hear the same sounds as if she was listening to me while she '' placed the call on hold ''.. kept saying, " I am still trying to contact a supervisor for you ''.I had to hang up. It was over 10 minutes as she kept comming back with the same excuse.Very shocked just to file a dispute.I want this looked into. I will provide info once requested. I'm not going to fill in Accout number here obviously.Can't believe I have to BBB to file a dispute with my own freakn' bank.

      On May 23 between 10 -11Am I deposited $3250. The *** took my credit card and the officer of the branch said the claim needs to be filed calling the claims *** with the *** machine number. After waiting almost a month the back sent me a letter stating the *** deposit was only for $224, I told them I did not even deposit a dollar bill, my deposit had 20, 50 and 100s bills, plus I my deposit was $3250. Since then they said they still reviewing the claim and the credit was giving to me will be taking out of my account tomorrow 07/01/2025. I told the supervisor that was fair to take that long to review the claim but I was told that I have to wait until the research its done which nakes me feel my money is not going to be deposit.       I went into the bank to open a new checking account and a savings account but to my disappointment I was told by the representative that she could not help me today because I did not make an appointment ahead of time. To be honest, it seemed like an excuse to not do her job since the bank was going to close in 45 minutes. She could not set up anything sooner until 4 days from now because she said her schedule was full. I was referred by my husband and son to switch banks and go with Bank of America because they said it was a good bank, however, my experience with them says otherwise!!! I will not be joining this bank or opening any type of account with them seeing as that the people they have working there dont want to do their jobs!!

      I ordered $1,500 worth of Euros for an upcoming trip. In ******** the shops will not cash or make change for 50 or a 100 bills so I requested small bills only. What I received was 700 Euros in hundreds and 200 Euros in '50s The remaining 300 Euros I did receive in small bills I called and asked for the appropriate bills to be sent to the bank and I was told that was impossible. Now I need to waste time on my vacation trying to get these bills broken so I can actually spend them and not simply take them back to the ** where they are useless. I doubt very much this will get to anybody in time to make a resolution since I leave on July 3rd and even if it did I doubt the bank would be helpful. I want a 10% refund on the money I spent on the euros because they did not provide the purchase they promised

      Bank of America advertised a $300 Bank Account offer *********. Customer opened account in late April 2025 with code, and understood advertised requirements for direct deposit, which was met. Bank account was opened and maintained in good faith. Customer was not contacted about ineligibility thus after. Customer filed a complaint due to not receiving bonus offer 6/20/25. Bank of America decided on claim on 6/23/25 and failed to inform customer. Customer had no information available, and inquired on own accord and told on 6/26/25 that ineligible and was specifically told that no additional follow up was allowed though customer complained about lack of communication from Bank of America, and requested additional review since customer, now upset, is considering removing funds in account and closing due to terrible business practices and deception by Bank of America. Customer solely wishes for $300 bonus to be applied as intended and advertised and continuation of keeping funds in account, and an apology from Bank of America for extremely long wait times on the phone, and terrible customer experience chasing down people to figure out things about one's own account, and will quit any claims to pursue further BBB complaint or any other complaint in entirety due to this situation.

      I am rejecting this response because the issue remains unresolved. I opened the bank account under the clear impression that I qualified for a $300 bonus, based on the promotional materials and my interactions with the bank. I was never informed that I would be ineligible due to a previous account being closed in June of last year, a technicality that disqualified me based on a 12-month rule that was not clearly communicated at the time of account opening nor subsequently until after customer complaint about noncompliance with account bonus offer. I maintained the account and met all other requirements in good faith. The banks decision feels misleading and unfair, and no one has contacted me to offer a resolution that reflects ownership on either end. This complaint will remain open until I receive the bonus or a fair and transparent resolution.

      I'd sure like to know why in 2025 a business account needs 5 days to process a mobile check? I deposited on Saturday a check for less than $1,000 from my ******************* account, the representative on the phone told me it would clear Monday by 1am - it did not and now its saying it won't clear for another 3 days???? and no monies were available not even $50. A business checking account should move faster more efficient and without misrepresentation from a call center agent. I need my funds I have not been able to pay my employee or provide gas electric for my business. I need that check cleared

      I visited Bank of America in June 14, 2025 to open an account. The representative at the branch was great but I am having an issue with my online account that cannot be resolved at the branch or by the online service center. I am unable to get my current personal phone number and email details to update on my personal online profile so I can gain access. The **** have updated the information and still no update. In the past and currently I have to constantly go into the branch which is an inconvenience because the system allow me access. I need this glitch fixed, the **** have done all they can. I also have not received my card. Something is wrong. I believe this error or block on my account happened in the past and was never escalated properly.

      Hello,My name is ****** *******, and along with my husband, ***** Christmas, we have been loyal customers of ********************** for over 14 years.On 06/13, I contacted customer service to request a formal document reflecting the balance of our Certificate of Deposit ending in #**** for the month of March. I was informed that the document would be ready within 23 business days. However, when I followed up by calling the ***** number on 06/20, the representative stated that no such letter existed in the system.This document is critical, as it is one of the primary pieces of documentation required for my mortgage application. For reference, the request ID is **************** am deeply concerned about the lack of support provided in this matter. It is disheartening that financial institutions like Bank of America do not offer adequate assistance to long-standing members such as myself and my husband.This marks the third occasion that I have had to involve a third partysuch as the Better Business Bureauin an attempt to receive the services to which I am entitled as part of my membership with your bank.Can someone please call me at the earliest to assist with this request.Thank you.

      I deposited a check from my new Job and its been held then they got me another check drawn from an account at **********************. That check is held. I cannot move into my new place until the funds are released and my pregnant wife are homeless I am being charge extra for a uhaul i need to move in and need my money. I want it release so I can close my account and get a better bank this is insane its 90 plus degrees and my wife is in duress.

      I have been a Bank of America customer for over twenty years.I just changed my phone number and went into a physical Bank of America to report the change.The phone number was reported May 28, 2025.I am have been trying to do banking online and need the two-factor authentication to achieve this; it has been about three weeks.They have my email and Bank of American does not offer email authentication.They are keeping me from making banking transactions.Thank you.
