I had them come out because my toilet did not flush. He then said I needed a new toilet. He said a new toilet was not covered by AHS but he could get me one for $500. but the next day he said it would be $750. that would mean delivery, taking the old toilet out & installing the new toilet. He said I would need to call the office for an appt..so he would know when to come but I have been calling all week to try to make an appt. but I just get their voice mail so I leave a message but they never call me back. We need to tell AHS to take them off their list & get a new plumber ***

This is the absolutely the worst company, They were sent out by our ***************** AHS who told us the leaking pipes were covered which is the only reason this plumbing company was sent out. We are in the process of moving into the home and had painters painting the inside of the home. We were not home and received a text advising the technician would be in contact to schedule the inspection. The next day we received a text from the plumbing company stating the inspection had taken place and a determination was being made. The plumber never called to set up an inspection. He just showed up and walked into the home. We were later told by the painters that he was in there about 10 minutes and walked out. An AHS representative told us the leaking pipes would be covered and later after the inspection were told the pipes were not covered. It seems AHS and this company have quite a scam going to bill policy holders $125.00. We would never had this horrible company come out to our home if it were not for AHS advising us the pipe damage would be covered. I wonder if AHS gets a kick back from this company, All you people in ***********, ********************* and the Westside spread the word that this company is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I know I will be telling everyone how absolutely unprofessional this company has been. I do not know of any other company that would enter someone's home without calling them first. I see why there rating is an "F". AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Plumber came & acted like he didnt want to work today. Toilet flushing slow. He snaked it, went outside for like 2 minutes & said that he thinks its a water pressure issue & has to contact American Home Shield. The assessment I got was that they need to remove the ********************** would cost me $375. Mind you my service fee was $125 total would be $500 & no guarantee the toilet will work. I can see them constantly charging & charging me. No thanks.& the guy wasnt here but ***** minutes & only snaked the toilet. But he told AHS a totally different diagnosis. So, AHS wants to send another company but I see that company only has 1 star review. This is such a scam. Will get referral from friends & hire a reputable plumbing company. Mind you, I only have 1 ************ will have to wait 4 days for second opinion. Really disappointed with AHS & this plumbing company as they are in cahoots to drain the pocket. I would have gave no stars if it was an option. Be careful with this company. The plumber left dirty toilet water all over my bathroom floor.

Awful experience! ****** was the technician. Seemed nice but later found that he reported to American Home Shield an incorrect assessment of issue which would require more payment to them for the resolution. I doubt this is specific to ****** and I suspect that its a company-wide policy to scam more money from customers especially when it comes to home warranties. They will not answer the phone or return calls!
