My wife and I wanted to buy a car from them on Sunday 09/24/23, everything went well at first. We were told that we got approved for the loan and that the bank financing us was Westlake Financial. Okay, so we signed all the necessary documents and were ready to leave but their guy named AJ or Ahmad J. started to find all sorts of excuses not to give us the car that day. They finally kept the car (who knows what these dishonest people did with it). The next day I asked him at what time he would deliver the car. He texted back saying that the bank needed my wife to get her license first before approving the loan. I said OK then, since we're not approved yet let's just cancel everything and we don't even have the car in our possession. Hearing that, he told me I could not back out anymore, rushed to deliver the car anyway even without my consent, and gave the keys to my wife. I then told him I wanted to ask a legal advice and asked him to have his boss call me. So the so-called "boss" named Leo called me with all disrespect and said I would lose my $2500 downpayment and get a repossession on my credit if I returned the car. Again, he told me the loan was approved and there was no way back. He even sent me a picture of a document with our name on it and the mention "approved" (A fake one I guess) from Westlake Financial. However, I did not receive any email from that bank so I went ahead and called them. To my amazement, the bank said that the loan was not approved. To me, this is a potential fraud. I went to their place today 9/27 around 12:15 pm to return the keys. For my safety, I went there accompanied by a police officer since they turned very aggressive in our discussion over text messages. I will have to take them to court for their deceptive business practice, and fraud and for not refunding my downpayment. So pathetic.

I contacted the dealer through CarGurus and one of the dealer's people (Sam) reached out. I was initially asking about the dealer processing fee, but they wouldn't tell me what it was. I then asked if I could see the car on 1/5/23 and they said yes. It was over 2 hours away from me. The person named Sam said that the vehicle was in "very good condition for the price" and that "there's nothing wrong with it more than the little scratches you can see in the pictures." (See text conversation attached)
I asked a few more questions just to be safe, and then I arrived at the dealership on 1/5 around 12:45pm. I sat down with Andre and he said that Sam was his assistant. He told me that the car in question had a bad transmission (not running at all) and that it did not pass inspection so they are not legally allowed to sell it. He said this was discovered over a week ago, enough time to remove the listing and certainly enough time to tell me. I asked why it was still listed online if they couldn't sell it and he did not have an answer for that at all. He then tried to interest me in another vehicle, which I stated many times was out of my price range.
Other reviews of this dealership on CarGurus also show that they are lying to customers just to get them into the store. As of 1/12, the car in question was still listed as for sale in good condition from the dealership.
I want others to be protected against the false advertising and scams coming from this dealership!

good morning, i am very familair with this customer, he was LOUD AND SCREAMING in our show room because we did not give him a "big enough discount" on another car he liked. This customer came in on a wholesale car and never asked before coming in. once he got to the dealership he found out the car he is here to see is a wholesale unit that we have listed online at the auctions and also on our general website. Since he did not like what he heard him along with two others began to disturb the dealership and the customers who were in at that time. they were curing and very rude and we asked them to calm down and we even offered discounts on the cars they did like but becuase the discounts "we not big enough" they told our staff on the way out they will "spead the word to take us out of business."
