Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo
In February 2023, Better Business Bureau (BBB) questioned Berry Roofing and Construction for displaying BBB's seal on its estimates when it is not a BBB Accredited Business. Consequently, BBB requested the company cease and desist.
The company did not respond to BBB's request and has not confirmed that it removed BBB's seal from its estimate and is in violation of the trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.
