      The bank failed to contact me when fraud was committed to my account and an online breach occurred, spent 4 hours in the phone over two days just to be told tuff shit and you can get your online access and temp debit card if you go into a branch or wait 3 days. I am injured and live over an hour away one way to the nearest branch. They need to understand that people just can't drop everything they do and run into a branch or wait until their stupid system allows to get access back to online banking. So now I am screwed because of there mistakes and not informing me sooner and I could have had this issue resolved in the branch yesterday when I was in there. There is way to much lack of communication between the departments and the branches.

      I have severe social phobia and have been asking US Bank for accommodations for my disability for years. They say I should be able to handle any issues via chat or us mail. Everytime I use the chat feature they say they can't help me I need to contact them via phone and everytime I contact them via us mail I never get any response. I didn't choose to have social phobia and being able to handle simple issues via online chat doesn't seem like to much of a demand.

      I'm 75 and got a no-fee credit card, just in case I needed it. A couple of months ago, I started getting a bill even though I had never used the card. Now, each month, I receive a bill with a fee added to it. If I can find a few more seniors who are experiencing this form of elderly abuse, I'd love to start a class action suit. Assume they expect seniors not to know they didn't create this debt and just pay it. I've called Customer Service, and the bot put me through for a representative, but no one ever came online as all our representatives are busy. 75 with COPD and Diastolic Heart Failure with bladder problems, and can't just keep waiting.

      I have been a customer of us bank for 17 years my mortgage my heloc my checking savings and my retirement account. I had a suspicious charge for 38 cents so I locked my card. Shortly after that many charges started to come through and all were declined but one for 49$. After research the bank decided to decline my dispute on the basis of lack of information Upset I requested my card to be closed. Us bank conveniently waited 4 more days so they could charge me a 65$ annual fee on top of the fraudulent transaction. It wasn’t just that my request was denied. It’s only 49$ it was the flippant response unwillingness to listen and disrespect that I received from their employee that caused me to close my card and soon my other accounts. Sad to be treated this way regardless of how long I have been a customer Not only did you lose a profitable customer you now have someone who will share this story with others to help them make better decisions on where they bank. Bye us bank you did me dirty

      I’ve been a loyal U.S. Bank customer for several years and have maintained a long-standing credit card account that played a significant role in my credit history. Recently, I paid off the entire balance on this card and called customer service beforehand to ask whether my account would remain open. I was assured that it would not be closed.
      Despite this assurance, U.S. Bank closed the account without notice — after I had paid in full. I was given no warning, and this decision has now negatively impacted my credit score. While I understand banks can make risk-based decisions, it is incredibly frustrating and misleading to receive incorrect information from a representative and then suffer the consequences of that misinformation.
      I have had a few chargebacks over time but also a solid history of payments and responsible usage for 15+ years. I reached out to resolve this matter and was hoping for a fair reconsideration given the situation, but feel disappointed by the lack of communication and abrupt action.
      I am requesting U.S. Bank to review this case thoroughly, consider reinstating my account, or at least acknowledge the inconsistency in communication that led to this outcome.

      Very poor customer service. Do not open an account with this bank. From the agents to their managers, they are all incapable of handling the most simplest issues.

      They charged me $36. 3 times for a over draft fee despite having over draft protection! And the money not coming out of my account! The costumer service representative wound not actually listen to what I was saying! They stole over $100 I would give her 0 starts but not able to! DO NOT use US Bank if you want someplace you can trust with your money, or someplace that sticks to the policy's you sign up for...

      USBank App electronic payment feature fails and the bank then makes false accusations and threatens actions against the customer. The bank has virtually no avenue to speak with anyone in authority to resolve issues. I highly recommend avoiding all business with this third rate hack of a banking institution.

      Their customer service and protection of your money is horrible. I plan to switch banks. Everything was fine until we had to deal with fraud on our account!

      Business Owners DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH US BANK they will close your account without notification due to online banking they won't mail you any letters or email, as they did with me, clients are dropping commissions into my business account and all the idiots can say was nothing agreeing that another bank should be best after 7 years of banking with 3 separate accounts. Next will be legal advice to raise a case against this bank.
