    Same as everyone, I was misled into believing I was renewing my SAM. They took my money for a 5 year renewal and I haven't received a single email or call from anyone. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund without a single response. Their phone number is a bogus phone tree. 2/3 of the selections drop the call and the first selection asks for a "Duns #" which I don't even know what this is and never received one so I cannot go further. This company is scam and after reading the reviews I do not understand how they are allowed to be in business.

    Like many others, this company is a fraud. The email they sent regarding SAM is very misleading. They act like they represent SAM on handling System Award Management for your upcoming "expiring" registration.

    Good morning *******, we are so sorry you feel this way. We in now way try to act or mislead customers into thinking we are SAM. In fact, in our signed receipts, notarized letter, and in all communications we have our company name and address we are in fact a 3rd party. Can you please provide me with your cage code so we can address this issue for you?
