On August 8, 2024, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a Complaint against Growth Point Consultants Inc and Damon Artis, CEO of Growth Point Consultants Inc. Charges filed allege the business and Damon Artis are in violation of federal law prohibiting employing 1 or more devices, schemes, or artifices to defraud, obtaining money or property by means of 1 or more untrue statements or omission of fact, engaging in 1 or more transactions, practices, or course of business which operated or would operate as fraud or deceit, offered to purchase or sell or sold securities while not registered with the Commission. Charges allege Damon Artis offered to purchase or sell or sold securities that were not registered nor had been filed, provided assistance to others involved in the scheme to defraud, and is jointly and severally liable by having the power and ability to control the operations of Growth Point Consultants Inc.
