      Really surprise that they charged a huge amount on the CD cancellation.My 18-mth CD was matured end of Mar and the system auto-renewed the contract. While trying to cancel the CD in May, I was told that around 2.2% of the CD roll-over amount will be taken away as a penalty!!The original CD doc mentioned that "If the term of the account is 91 days, you shall forfeit all dividends earned on the amount withdrawn."; meaning only the dividends earned during Mar-May would be removed. This is really an unreasonable charge. I filed a complaint to the **** and wish to receive a reasonable answer for it.

      DO NOT use this credit union for a solar loan. When we first applied, they caused delay after delay to process the loan. When we paid off the loan, they informed us that they had put a lean on our house, and that it was going to cost us $75 to remove the lean. No one bothered to tell us this when we first applied for the loan.

      this has got to be the absolute worst bank i have ever dealt with. they have my solar loan and did not write it up properly and i have limited access to it. the employees are rude and one of them did not know what a DPOA was. whatever you do, avoid this bank at all costs.
