      This is my formal request to address and resolve the unauthorized accounts that are currently listed on my credit report. These inaccurate entries have significantly impacted my FICO score, leading to a noticeable decline that has caused challenges in maintaining my financial standing. I am reaching out to your office with great urgency and respectfully requesting your assistance in rectifying this matter.       BBB requested me to provide the attached document and resubmit my complaint. Asked for a goodwill deletion for a 30 day late credit report hit that was not my fault. I called in a payment before the 30 day ***** An error between my other banking instution and Mission Federal occured. I offered bank statements to prove that funds were in the account and to show that it still shows a pending transaction. The represenative still refused to delete the erroneous 30 day report. I would like to get this corrected as soon as possible because it is hindering my ****** parent placement at this time. All I am asking for is the deletion because this truly was not my fault. I have never stated this in the past with past discretions, nor have I complained about anything with the financial institution. This is my first issue with the institution and all I want is the error corrected because the circumstance was not my fault. Again I would like to state that I offered bank statements and screenshots for the situation and was still refused.

We confirmed that we have concluded our investigation and shared the results directly with the member.  The member acknowledged the information provided and will contact Mission Fed if she has any further questions in the future.
