      I opened an account with this bank back in November maybe October of 2023. I initial had issues with the account because I was given incorrect routing or account number with varies between ********* and ***********. Which ********************* knew I was a *********** resident and not a ********* resident. After the back and forth, ***** worked to keep my account active due to error on the banks end having my account information incorrect. I had an issue with an insurance payment for my mother's insurance payment, which I sent full details giving proof that a payment for $4707.06 charge on the **** and two ACH payments, one for $8,962.32 and another for $4,481.16 was taken from my account. But the insurance company claimed they did not receive the payment. After filing a dispute, the bank returned all payments but closed the account. Not allow me access to the funds. I continuously wanted into a branch as instructed and spoke to ******************* plus the now retired bank manager about when would the funds be released from the account. Continuously they gave me the beat around that they did not know what to do until the account was closed. Which I stated numerous times I never received mail with notification my account was being closed. After back and forth, I have yet to receive the funds from my closed account. Nor will the bank provide legible statements that give clear account activity. I informed them I never received any statement via mail which the bank removed my access to view online activity. After waiting patiently, I emailed ********************* and went into the bank request status on my account. July 8th, a customer service agent I called informed me the account had been closed but was confused why I haven't received my check. It took a level 2 customer service agent to instruct ******************* how to retrieve the funds and get them to me. The now retired bank manager, who did not communicate with anyone did not complete the closure. I am still waiting and calls are ignored.

      Manager on leave ****** always makes *********** available the same or next day. The current manager threatened to hold my deposit for 7 days. These are inheritance $ that I receive every 2 months from my brother who runs the family business (agriculture). My parents banked at CBT for 20 years and they never had an issue. This I believe goes against banking law. The bank has a C rating and is not BBB accredited. Please ******* putting your money into their hands.
