      Sep 12 2022 Two payments were taken out of our checking account for the amount of ****** each. My husband was told the funds would be refunded within 3 - 5 business days. Sep 15, 2022 I called and spoke with Lorain with SCE. She informed me that the funds were not being put back in our account. They were being processed in check for and being mailed on Sep 21, 2022. We will now receive a late fee due to all of this. As we will not be able to pay our new bill on time. This is unacceptable. If a company can take funds from an account and admit that it was a mistake, which both employees have done. Then they should be able to refund the funds just as quickly as they took them out. Not send them in check for.
